Why can't I use my EA Wallet funds AND PayPal in the same transaction?

Someone in Sweden used my account to buy FIFA 15, and I logged into my account and hit that "Return" button, because I hate soccer with a passion, why would I buy that peice of **bleep**.

So I upped my security by changing my password, adding 2-step verification, just overall made it more secure. 

But now, my credit card on file doesn't work and it won't let me add any credit card, no matter what it is. So I added a PayPal account successfully.

So when I try to buy a game I actually want, I apply the $40 in my EA Wallet, but then PayPal gets greyed out. What the hell?

2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3. Type in the name of the affected game
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

did that was told "can only use 1 form of payment" any other retail establishment on the internet at 1/4 the size of EA can do this.
