The sims 4 Demo não roda

Comunidade, recebi o meu DEMO do The Sims 4 criador de personagem porém quando coloco para rodar o jogo ele fica na tela principal e não abre, ao invez de carregar fica só a tela branca com o logo de inicio.

alguem mais tem esse problema?

como resolver?
