Star Wars Battlefront Installation problem

hey guys, i just bought star wars battlefront (im austrian btw) and it doesn't work. Like i typed in the code and it accepted it n stuff but then it just crashéd and said :"star wars Battlefront can't be downloaded right now" and then i restarted origins and even the whole comp. but it didn'd do anything and it also isn't in my games library so idk .

I see that you have used the promo code and not the game code to register. Please use the 20-digit game code that can be found on the black and white booklet that came with the game.

If you received no game code with your purchase, please contact your retailer.

 the same issue then realized i entered the early access code.  the serial number for the game can be found on the white and grey leaflet in the pack, not the one immediately in front of you when you open the box.
