After an upgrade on my computer my sims has dissapeared completley from my Origin account, when i try my code the answer is "your code is already been used"........ I have the cd's but nothing helps, its only a demoversion i can download.
@bomerikI don't see Sims 4 ever having been linked to the account you used to log in here. Could you please try logging in with different email addresses you may have to see if your games show up under a different account?
