Hello there.
It's been a while since i last started my Sims 4 and Origin. Of course there was a Origin update.
So now i wanted to start the game but it says Sims 4 is not in my game library? I have the dvd lying besides me... I also checked my account name and reset the passwort, just to make sure it was the correct Email adress.
I tried to start a support chat with EA. Even after tiping in a topic and reading the users angreement, the butten for the chat request stais grayed out.
How does this happen, and how can I "reactivate" my Sims 4 asap?
Any help much apperciated

My sims 4 game has went missing from my origin library, I only have one origin account so I have not logged into the wrong one.
When I have tried to reinstall my game to the library it says that my code has already been used (probably when I had originally installed the game).
How do I get my game back? Or even if I have to start from the beginning but still using the same disk to download the game again to my laptop.
Please help!

It's possible that you are not logging in on the correct EA account. How this works is explained in the following thread:

At this point your best options is to reach out to Support:
