Scrabble Force Forfeit and Nudge

I downloaded the new version of Scrabble recently.  One player has not played in 17 days.  I am not given the choice to Force Forfeit or Nudge, just Forfeit, so I would have to take the loss.  Where do I find Force Forfeit or Nudge?  Thx.

To end the Scrabble Classic game and get the 200 point bonus. you must be able to clear all the tiles with some final words. However on several occasions when I have had 2 words left the game has wiped out and ended my game without the 200 point. What has to be done to prevent the system from deciding that I am done even when I have legal words left.

I have been unable to play scrabble on my android phone the last few days...it just spins trying to load, even after "pulling down" several times....I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it now does not synch to my facebook page...just spins there

Dear EA Games,

My Scrabble app (which I purchased - I'm not using the free version) for my Android device has been down for over a week.  And it's not just me, I see from the Scrabble forum.  When will this be rectified?  And is there a work around?  Not happy about this at all.

Having issues logging into facebook with Scrabble Free for Android on my Galaxy S2 epic touch. It will not connect no matter what i do. It just stays on the loading screen but never loads. Also tried on Galaxy s3 and Galaxy s2 with keyboard and it did the same thing on both of those. Please help.

I play 'Sctabble on my phone and my laptop using facebook to access it. recently it stopped loading on my phone -- the icon just spins and then quits and give a message about time since last update.  Used to work fine.

I have uninstalled the Scrabble Free app and reloaded it. I am logged in to both origin and facebook on the menu.

The phone is a Motorola Triumph running Android 2.2.2.

I can no longer connect to Scrablle with my Kindle because I can't get into Facebook.  We've gone through the process of changing my password in Origin and it says it has been changed.  But Scrabble won't load.   I can still get directly into my Facebook account.

It has been a week now with very little response on why the app for Scrabble on my nook will not download the game.  Will someone please respond.!!

After all, I paid MY MONEY to PLAY YOUR GAME and now I have nothing.  This is not very good customer service.  I would like to have my money back if this is not fixed soon.  At least show the decency to communicate with your Scrabble Customers as to what is going on.

 In Scrabble I keep starting games without intention to do so. How do I prevent this and quit them without informing people I've accidentally asked them to play?  When I forfeit these, don't I get penalized?
