Registration Code

I downloaded The sims 3 on my macbook last night and when I got to install it it says that I need a registration code, and says it should be in my email. I've looked in all the emails a million times and cant find it. I also try to look on my order history to find the code, but it says that theres an error and has said that since last night.

Does the game tile show up in Origin? If yes if you right click on it and select game details you should see the product code.
