I would like to get a refund for my Pre-Order but i can't seem the get the Support on this or anything... Help me out, how can i get a refund for it.

In order to inquire about a refund you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/contactus

You will need to log in with your Origin account and choose "Product", "Category" and "Platform" to see all available contact options.
