Alright... So like many others i dont receve the reset pasword email and I read on other post that maybe my old account was opted out, so my question is, is there a way to undo it?

If you've checked your spamfolder then mostly this means the wrong account details are used for the reset. Reach out to an Advisor to have them verify this for you:
