Original Account Unable to Log In

I can not log into my original EA acount. I had to create this fake account because I can't contact EA for help until I log in...but I can't log in because my account is frozen or something. I received the reset password email and the password changed confirmation email but I keep getting invalid email/password. Where the heck do I go to contact EA to solve this issue? Seriously, I need to log in to contact EA but omfg lmao my account is bugged.

the first link provided brings up "Sorry the page does not exist."

I had to verify I was the owner of my original account through the live chat. My password was reset and my account was fixed. Doesn't make sense since I reset my password this morning but w/e....solved now

I know you did not say it has been hacked, but it might be a possibility. Either way, you will have to create a new account so you can contact them about the account that will not work. This article explains how to do that.
