Origin Will Not Accept Any Store Bought Product Codes

I have Battlefield Vietnam, BF2 and BF2142. None of those old store bought games will activate. It keeps telling me "The product key entered cannot be used to activate this game". I bought Northern Strike through EA when it came out. That seems to have transfered over to Origin alright. Now I'd really like to get the other old games activated so I can toss the disks which are already old and scratched.

Tried using your online Customer Support. Waited 2 hours for the chat thing, and it never happened.
