Before the presentation of Battlefield 1, all new games released on the Origin store were priced 39.99 the standard version and 59.99 the deluxe version of the same game.
Mirror Edge Catalyst was added before Battlefield 1 and it stills remains on 39.99 dollars, but Battlefield 1, Titan Fall 2 and FIFA 17 are priced 60 dollars. I contacted live chat support and they told me it shouldn't be like that, no policies were changed related to pricing in Latin America and that it was odd.
There was nothing they could do from their end, so they encouraged me to come here and post it, and maybe I could get an answer from somebody who knows what's going on.
In the meantime I won't be buying anyhing from the store, and it's not about the money. But when the prices are changed like that for no reason whatsoever, only a * would buy a game.
I would like to think EA cares about their clients, I really would.. but things like this make me think completely otherwise.
