ORİGİN???

Hello.
About 1 week ago Origin account has been stolen. We tried to settle with Live Chat since morning but did not touch any help.
Origin repeatedly tried to get into my account, but girmeyin by the "forgot password" and did not come with anything I have tried my e-mail. I checked thoroughly. I saw that;

To make sure your account information stays accurate and secure, we'll check in with you whenever something changes. On June 20, 2015 1:20:46 PM GMT, the email address linked with Your Origin Account was changed to: [edit: email address removed]

Then I applied Live Chat understand that my account was stolen, but the result has not changed much. There is only one game in my account. (The Sims 4)

Can somebody help me now? I was so tired. All I wanted was to spend time playing the game only. -_-

@marlynes What steps were taken with Live chat? Do you now have control over your account? As well as changing your password, you will probably want to enable 2-factor authentication.

No. My account has been stolen. Everything changed. Live chat did not do anything.   @

My daughter has an origin account which she created, however she has some changes to make to her account.  She knows her user name however not the email account she used.  How can I establish which account she used.  I actually think the email address she used was @origin.com and we gave no way of checking that for mail.  Please advise.

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor, they will be able to assist you in recovering your daughter's account as she does know the user name: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Given your explanation so far, I would like to suggest that you create an entirely separate account using a new email address and use that to get in touch with us. You can then explain the situation with the compromised account to the EA Game Advisor using the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
