My son is trying to play his Sims 4 game but it doesn't appear on My Gaames tab. Help needed!!!!!!!

How do I refresh. I tried restarting but nothing happens

If it's on iPhone or iPad I don't think it is possible to refresh but if restarting doesn't work I don't know. Maybe if your son isn't too far into the game or never started the game yet, maybe you could delete the app and re-download it.

@xxgeomanxx Did you make sure to log in to Origin client using the account you made the purchase with?
