My Gamer Tag is linked to another Origin ID?

Hello guys, im having a very hard time linking my gamer tag to my Origin acc. right now.

According to Origin my Gamer Tag is linked to another Origin acc.

which is funny because this is seriously the first time I ever make an Origin acc.

I tried thinking back maybe I've made one but I don't have this gamer tag for so long, plus I JUST got battle field 3

which is the only game that requires Origin for further online options.

Is there any way I can unlink my GT from any acc?

I would really appreciate the help because this is making no sense to me. Thank you.
