Missing Game RESPOND! SOON!

So i have a game on my amazon and its meant to appear in the "my games" section of my origin. It isn't I'd love to have someone tell me how to find it or what happened. It is a free demo so i'm not too terribly put out by it... However as you can imagine i'd be irate if i had paid 30+ for the actual game and then not be able to play it. 

Please help.

Did you get a product code from Amazon? If you do get one, you can redeem it here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin/

However, if you do not, you can still find trials of some of our games here: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/free-games/trials
