Keep Getting Download Errors

So I just bought BF4 and premium last night I have gotten everything downloaded except the 4th expansion pack its at 12 percent and keeps getting errors saying the download isn't working at this time

Please try the steps in the order below:

1. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot
2. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
3. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator

After these steps try downloading the expansion again.
