What do I do when an error message pops up stating "Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [MSVCP110.dll] Error: 0x7E." while I try playing UNRAVEL which I purchased a couple months ago?

Errors with the MSVCP110.dll file are related to Visual Studio 2012 (Visual C++ 11.0). Please download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 that is the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2012.

My error is the same except it's

Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL; [NxCharacter.dll] Error: 0x7e

Would it need the same download?

You are experiencing a somewhat different error message so the cause might be different as well. Is this also related to Unravel for you?

In the meantime, try the following:

• Go to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin folder and install both vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe as administrator.
• Go to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Unravel\__Installer\vc\ folder and from there find the Redist folder. This folder should also have vcredist files. Install both of those as well as administrator.

Note that if you get the message that this is already installed on your system that you can instead choose to repair the installation. Restart your system afterwards.

Thanks for your reply. No, it was actually for Dragon Age Origins. I actually got it solved; I just needed to download the Phys-X driver from Nvidia.
