ID and Security Question Changed after Hack

Hello,

 

My account was hacked.  I got control of my account back and have changed my email address back to what it should be and have reset my password as well.  But when I was hacked my ID and Security Question were changed and I can't change them to something else.  I have gone to open up a ticket with EA about this and it ends up putting me on the same page everytime, where they say they want to call me to resolve the issue.  Only problem with that is the only phone number codes they allow you to put in are for the USA and Canada.  I live in Australia.  My country settings in my account are set to Australia.  Does EA not provide support to anyone outside North America?  I have no idea what else to do and am incredibly annoyed with how difficult it is to get in touch with EA.

 

Any help would be great.  Thanks.

@spikinnike If you change up the options when you're on the EA help page, you should get live chat to show up instead of "call me"
