I dont receive any password reset emails why!!

I wanna change my password but somehow after I enter my email and the security code I dont receive an email even after a day

I am pretty sure this is because you have opted out of receiving any e-mails from Origin and EA.

Because of that, nothing gets sent to your mailbox. Make sure you are using an e-mail that isn't opted out.

I believe the best way to edit them is to log onto Origin.com and then visit this link: https://www.origin.com/us/account#contact-preferences
