I can't resume my live chat. [ Edited ]

I was told last night by an advisor who was helping me sort an issue out, that i needed to attach a photo and afterwards I should resume the chat. So then the chat ended and for some reason I can't resume the chat, it doesn't give me 'live chat' as an option, it only gives me the 'call' option which wont be available because of where i live.  Why can't I do a live chat anymore?

It's because of the time zones isn't it? This service is run in America, whilst I live in Ireland.
