How to restore my security question?

I believe my Origin Account is compromised. Someone used my Visa and bought a FIFA 15 for the acount. I can't delete the imformation because the hacker changed the security question. I searched the forum but the solution requests me already buy FIFA15. I only have BF, TF and CNC.
