Go to your "Action Center" near the clock. Then follow steps below.
Action Center > All Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced options > View Update History > Uninstall Updates.
Then I uninstalled both Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributables.
After that I checked for updates and ran Origin.

Hi,
download the Miscoroft VC++ redistributables from the MS site, install and try again. These come in different version
and x86 and x64. I have linked 2008 and 2010 for you.

it's still saying missing dll for me, but before it gave me 3 prompts now its 2 so I have seen a change, at least.
