Basically, I was unaware that progress between cross platforms could be saved. Therefore I have an email account for xbox but also a seperate email account for origin. I have bought this years fifa 15 on my origin account as i have switched to PC gaming, however after speaking to customer service they were limited by my problem. They could change persona, but i would lose all game progress and the games that i have purchased.
It does not seem logical that a game i own on one email address, that can not be transfered to another email address; with progress attached to another email address that i have achieved after so many years.
