Email change request

Hello there,

The instructions to getting your email changed found here: https://help.ea.com/uk/article/i-have-a-new-email-address-can-i-change-my-email-address-on-my-ea-acc... are not very clear about the correct way to request an email change. I decided to make this question as there seems to be no other way of speaking to EA's support team via a text-based method.

If you are able to assist me with my issue, I would be grateful.

I take it that you are from the UK, as per your link.

The telephone number for the UK EA Support is:

Telephone: 0870 243 2435

Lines are open 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.

Calls are charged at national call rates, please consult your telecoms provider.
