So I tried to log into my origin account today, hadn't done so in a while and after multiple attempts to log in I searched my inbox for origin related emails. I found one saying my email had been changed, this action was not by me. I clicked the link that is given to revert the email to what it was before, however it had expired as the email was sent the 25th of December 2015... I live in Australia so there was no option for them to call me directly. I called EA help and got no option to do with account management and such. Is there an email I should contact for this issue or have I just lost my account due to my lack of email checking.
Thanks, Finn

@loadedmonkey222 You will have to contact EA support to get your account back.
You can open a hacked account ticket without needing to login to your account by following the steps on this page: https://help.ea.com/en/article/i-think-somebody-hacked-my-origin-account-what-can-i-do-now/
Also if that gives you trouble, the number to call for EA support in Australia should be: +61 03 8820 5177
To decrease the chance of account compromise happening in the future you may want to enable login verification (info here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-login-verification-information/). If you enable login verification be sure to write down the backup codes it gives you and store them in a safe place that you won't forget.
