EA login does not exit

Contacted the ea support, but was pointless saying that he cannot do anything, got fifa 16 for my brother but he created an account below 18 age, its a bit pointless he couldnt go online or see his friends, after a while he got bored of it because i didnt have time to contact the ea support, so i left it for a while, then he cannot login in is account, got so pissed off!, Please! i didnt waste 59.99 for this *.

If you are trying to move the game to another account, since you already mentioned that the account is underage, we won't be able to do that for you.

If your brother wants to login on his account but forgot his details, please contact us again. Remember that if you are login in on the Origin client with an underage account, you will use your Origin ID (username), not an email address. If your brother doesn't remember those, please have them looked up by a Game Advisor.
