i have been trying to buy stuff ever since origin started refunding every ones bf4 pre-order. all i want to do is buy premium for b attlefield 4. i have spoken to countless ''ea suport team'' members and not a single one could help me with my issue. they always say that they will get a superior to e-mail me but i never get an e-mail. ''We're unable to process your payment right now. use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. 10048]''. all i want is someone to help me fix this, not to be sent to ea.suport.com and get someone to not help me.
