I am now experiencing this issue, but only when I try to INSTALL GAMES!!

Everything else works fine.  I am getting sick & tired of this Origin Client and I now refuse to purchase any games that require the Origin Client! (Basically anything EA from now on)

Uplay & Steam work seamlessly, never had an issue with these Clients.

Origin Version: 9.3.2.2730 - 237075 - E2-S2-A2-L2

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

Hi,

Have you made any changes to the Origin client recently such as switching between Pre-release/release versions or did you recently install Origin from a disc?

- I have recently changed PC and looking to install Sims3 and associated expansions but I keep getting this message.

Origin.exe - Product Version = 9.1.10.2728

Just running AVG and ad-blocker no special security

Running as admin on home laptop

Running Windows 8, 64bit home premium.

I am unable to play install or download any EA games and I keep getting the message whether or not origin is installed - I will uninstall for now.

Thanks

Kez

P.S. EA GAMES sucks moose dinky and all your supposed help don't work at all.

I'm having the same problem. I previously purchased orgin and then proceede to download another expansion pack of the Sim's, and while I restarted my computer and ran administrative the problem is still constisting. Orgin is not responding and is poping up certificates do not match check orgin build. Originally i downloaded the game and then went into orgin when I could'nt go into the program. I went into add game and then typed in the code, which caused this problem .Any help would be great. -Thanks

Hi, I'm constantly trying to download Crysis 3 through a disk, but this message keeps popping up. I haven't made any changes to the client (at least to my knowledge) and I have the product version.

Help me please,

Matt

DO THIS TO MAKE DISC GAMES WORK:

Firstly change the origin games folder to protect your games just in case to 1origin games, you can then just change it back to origin games after you have reinstalled, this prevents the games from being uninstalled.

You should have entered the games code and then got this error from trying to install a game from the install disc, you will have to uninstall origin and then delete the origin folder, dont restart, download and install origin from origin site.

You should have the game in your games list, click on it and download the game, do not install from the disc, this seemed to work for me.

I copied my origin folder from my back up after reinstalling Win 7 so this could be the problem.

Paths to origin on your hard drive:

C:/program files/origin

C:/program files/origin/origin games
