Can't download my game of Sims 3

I just purchased a Sims 3 game, I activated the code properly, but when I was trying to download it using Origin, it created an error, saying that Origin needed some permissions from my computer to continue the download, but the window asking for permission never popped up. I deactivated the anti-virus and the firewall of my computer, but the problem persists. What can I do?

Try this...

Run Origin as Administrator:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin and right click on Origin.exe and go to properties. Then go to compatibility tab and check the box next to RUN AS ADMIN.

Disable Origin in game:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game

Origin Cloud Storage turn it off
Origin, settings, General

reboot pc try again
