I realize that this is not the correct manner in which to discuss this but as I cannot discover a way to talk to a live person I'm going to try it this way.
I purchased SIMs 4 at full price on November 24th only to discover that it came on sale 4 days later at approximately half price. I attempted to request that an adjustment be made that would allow us to benefit from the sale price. The online chat that I had with a representative of your company was less than satisfactory. Evidently, once you've made a purchase it's really just to bad that you didn't wait a little longer to see if perhaps it comes on sale.
I would have expected a company of any kind to make an adjustment for a purchase with a 4 day time gap in a price reduction. Remember 'Take care of your customers or someone else will'
