Battlelog Forum moderator abuse

★★ Novice

I would like to file a formal complaint against the battlelog staff for abuse of moderator power. I was banned for no reason at all, and would like to file a complaint against them.

Where can I file a grievance?

So you're telling me that there isn't any higher ups? That your volunteers are as high as this goes?

Doesn't exactly inspire me to ever spend any more money with EA now does it?

I see nowhere that Carbonic skipped past the Game Advisers at EA Help Center and administration on that site.  Didn't you examine those links?

Please read the links I posted. They tell you how to dispute your ban so clearly I'm not "as high as this goes".

The Information you gave is useless, if someone isn't trying to contest a ban.

There are Abusive moderators that EA has on hand, and the fact that we can't report these "People", and have their privileges removed, is a Joke.

@0Anesthetic4u

Everyone is responsible to someone, but it's usually at the responsibility stage where the "victims" fall: they aren't willing to acknowledge responsibility for their own actions.

It's not impossible to have a "bad moderator". If you're sure you want to go down the route of complaining then your conduct should have been completely compliant with ToS. Otherwise you may just find EA's Terms of Service department gets involved and determines that you have acted inappropriately, not been sanctioned adequately and action your account themselves.

Non-ban disputes can be raised with EA Customer Services, use this custom link.
