Battlefront not even getting past the Origin screen?? [ Edited ]

Ok - so, have downloaded the star wars  beta. Updated driver. i click  on "play" - it looks like it is loading (blue circle whirring), then, nothing. doesnt load, doesnt go to starter screen nothing. BUT - it then comes up with the "thanks for playing mini screen" some of the time. Others, its like it freezes and if i go to log out, it says it is running??

Any advice?!? Am in Australia - could just be busy!?!?

Fark knows - but any advice / help and solution appreciated.
