I know my question is silly and I should get a med for my OCD but...
Are tickets "wiped" or "hided" from https://help.ea.com/my-cases after weeks or months?
I asked three different advisors via live support:
2 of them told me that they are "deleted" or "hided" although I think they did not understand my question.
1 of them told me that tickets remain forever.
Based on your experience... Will I always see the closed tickets in that section of the web?
