After I installed the DLCS the horse's tail in The Witcher 3 does not appear.
How do I solve this?

Patch 1.22 published a few days ago should resolve this issue: http://thewitcher.com/en/news/view/2021

I would suggest to right click the Witcher 3 game tile and select "Check Update".
