Im sorry but how else are we meant to contact you? Im from the UK and when I go on the "contact us" link and I specify what software and system I am using is, the only ways I get to contact EA are calling you which costs money or these very forums.
You don't want to contact ME at all. You want a Game Adviser. Only those people can access member account information, and you cannot reach any of them in here. Read the Banner and description for this place, all unofficial here. It's for game player discussions of tech matters, NOT any Official Support.
Live Chat stateside is fastest during standard business hours, and the greatest number of optional contact methods show up if you claim to live in the USA.
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.

The above is the only type solution known at this point, however, it has been known of, and discussed all day yesterday. It's not "new" any more!
