Hello, my Origin account was recently hacked, and upon going to the EA website, I did not receive the recovery emails they said they were sending after 24 hours and multiple tries. I tried the live call service, and the page got stuck on a permanent loading screen every time.
What happened was last night I received two emails to my email I created the account with, saying that my email and password had been changed, and the username was not mine.
I tried to log in, and couldn't, so I went to the EA website to change my password, and it said it sent a verification email, but I never received one. Then I tried to use the live service, and was stuck on permanent loading screens, I tried these multiple times.
I'm wondering what I can do to get my account back. Thank you for any help.

Restarting the router, changing the region to English (if not already set this way), changing Browsers, disabling add-ons especially anti-script and ad-block software or the windows firewall and the virus scanner for the contact attempt could help.
Here is an EA contact guide.
If all this fails and call becomes the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice for this call to reduce the cost. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
