Account compromised, changed password and secret question.

I received an e-mail from EA support notified me of changes to my account's password, I didn't request any of that. Some Russian kid contacted EA support and got control of my account.

They didn't change the e-mail and I was able to get access to it again and changed the password, but they have put up a secret question in Cyrillic, I've no idea what the question is. So now I'm stuck with their stupid name that they changed on my account.

EA live support is nowhere to be found!
