Your case is not the norm and it takes weeks from PB and GCC-Stream bans as far as I know , I have no idea from EA / how it works. So poor choice of words on my part sorry.
I would just try to contact a EA game adviser again to try and get it fixed...

As far as I know it can take a few weeks or more for them to respond in email reg bans , not sure this can help you but ..
Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.
The following link will show you your options, including how to dispute bans:
https://help.ea.com/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts
This will tell you in detail about Battlelog rules and bans:

- Where your game or product was purchased
- Banned or Suspended
- Error/Notification Message received (if any)
- Details of your dispute

Thank you for your help. If it takes weeks maybe they should remove this part from there webpage for accounts disputes.
"Though we make every effort to address these inquiries in less than 24 hours,"
Again, thank you for your help.

Same problem here. Hacked account, got it fixed, fraudulent purchases refunded, pw's changed. A week later I get an email saying I'm Perma-banned. Support says send in the form email etc, which I do. It says 24 hours, well 72 hours later I get an email saying minimal response is 72 hours from now. It's Christmas in 3 days and now I'm likely going to be unable to play the games I have AND the games I'm getting. It is crazy that they would perma-ban an account that was known to have been hacked after it was fixed.

bytega you will receive a mail with the results of your case once the investigation is complete. Investigation of your issue can take quite a while. Unfortunately there is absolutel nothing we can do to speed the whole process up.(about 20 days)

Hi bytega, if your account was hacked in the last few weeks then you got a ban on your account then do this please to get this fixed. If used hacks please see my first post to try and get it fixed.
For help with this please contact EA/Origin support for assistance, It does not look like we will be able to help you with it here on Answer HQ.
Contact a games adviser at any time using this following link EA Help - Contact Us
Detailed guide on how to contact an EA advisor using the new EA Help page click the spoiler.
Some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome, or install the Chrome Frame addon.**
Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/
Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.
On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.
If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.
Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.
You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.
