Hi,
I just pre-ordered ME andromeda yesterday before even playing demo version and received confirmation email for the payment.
I also have an origin access membership.
Then I was able to download the game in advance and I thought I could play the 10 hours demo by that time but when I try to launch the demo it asks me for my product key saying it should have been in a email I received. Thing is I received 2 emails: 1 for the payment and another for the preload but none contains any product key, only the order reference and content detail.
Is there a delay before getting the product key by email or anything I missed?

Sorry for any confusion caused.
Could you please try activating the Play First Trial from Origin Access menu in the client - Play First Trials - Mass Effect: Andromeda 'Get it now'. The trial option should be on the right hand side.
