When does the next On The House Game come out?   I thought they were doing new ones once every month or 2?

There is no confirmation as to when the next On the House game will be available. There is usually no fixed time frame, though EA tries to change them at regular intervals. I recommend keeping an eye on Origin website to stay updated.
