Why cant I login nfs rivals (pc) anymore?

I bought need for speed rivals few weeks ago but yesterday while I was playing, game crashed and when I loaded it back in I was logged out and I wasn't able to log back in.
And when I checked my profile it shows that I haven't bought any games, WTF? I still have game playable on my pc but only singleplayer because I cant log in.
Please clear your Origin cache as follows and then re-log in to Origin and retry:
