I'm just wondering, where do you live? I am trying to find out if it's in just some countries the site is not allowing us to log in. I live in Saudi Arabia.

I hope they fix it too, but with the track record that EA has and plus another thread I am watching about this same problem has been going on since March of 2014. I really doubt that they know how to fix it. Personally 9 months to fix this problem is a bit crazy.

The 500 error is basically a cover for all the times the server has an internal issue (and can't render your request).
So this matter must be discussed with a EA advisor from http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and he/she will have to escalate your case to a Specialist.

i followed the url but the only contact option is EA to call me... but i'm from Argentina, and they ask an usa or canadian phone number.
It would be useful to have the possibility to contact through an email, but they don't publish one.
Please EA, help!!!!!!!

You must create a new case. I tried it right now and you have a option for the chat support. Select PC on the platform menu and then describe your issue.
