Thank you for the quick response.

The error is simply 'ERROR 500' when logging in on windows 10 machine.

I have followed all the DNS Flush steps to fix it, cleared cache and history, tried different browsers all to no avail.

I have tried the app on android and the message is simply 'NFS stopped working'.

I have read everything I can find online going back to 2014 but still I hit this wall.

I am trying to get the last race car for my autistic nephew and because this is only available through overwatch it is impossible to complete if I cannot login.

Unless there is another way to get the last racer car that I don't know about?

After unsuccesfull login-error 500 on my pc ,Chrome, i have checked console in browser and there was message about 3 errors,looks like this:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)                                   bg-brandtexture.jpg

Hi, Tom, thanks for the reply.

   In my case, I simply open my browser Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and try to log in to the site "https://network.needforspeed.com/", shortly after entering the site, the following message appears. "Error 500 - We're sorry, but somethins went wrong," and is also redirected to that page. "Https://network.needforspeed.com/auth/origin/callback"

   On the cell phone, it simply asks for the login and password, when I log in by the ipad, it loads, and simply goes back to the login screen without any error appearing. By android, it locks the phone, by the iphone it does the same as the ipad does.

   I have tested in other internets and in several other cell phones, I currently live in Brazil, but I see people everywhere with the same problem.

   How can we proceed?

Thanks for the detailed responses everyone, that is much appreciated and should greatly help us investigate the issue. At this moment there isn't more that I or you can do to try the website or app up and running - our team is looking into it.

I'm facing the same problem! I'm also from Brazil and bought the game last week, but only today I went to play and I come across this "Error 500" and the crash of the Android app. I tested on 3 smartphones, 2 tablets and 4 PCs, and always the same problem! Are you going to fix this? Because I want to have all the features of the game that I paid for!

Experiencing the same issue - started playing the game a few weeks ago and not been able to log into nfs network on chrome, safari or firefox (Max OSX Sierra) or iPhone 6 (iOS 10).  Case raised via chat (ID 29021887) which has been escalated to a specialist.  The advisor first said that auto log was down for maintenance tonight and I should try in 24 hours.  After again explaining that the issue has persisted for over a week for me (which is when I first tried accessing), he then said he could see it trending on here and he'd escalate and I should await a response.  Given that previous threads show months to fix the issue in the past, I won't hold my breath.
