Need For Speed Rivals doesn't load save data PC?

I can find my save data in the settings map in Documents but when I start the game it doesn't load that save data. I've played it once and saved it at a hide out and I can see that the save data was last changed the time I last closed the game. But now everytime I start the game the movie comes up and I have to start from scratch.

On PC platforms, there are two different ways which you can use to save your game data.

The cloud or in your PC.

Please take care when loading your save game as this can erase one of the two data.

Launch Origin

Click on the game in your library and select the [i] symbol.

If you have saved your game on the cloud you can check the box and click play otherwise you can click on Restore Save.
