NFS Rivals Maserati GT MC Stradale (unlock via Overwatch) Help

Okay so when you play over watch it will unlock 3 or 4 mission in game. When you're playing they will flash on your screen as a over watch Playlist you can open while IN YOUR CAR NOT THE GARAGE. So when you're not in a pursuit you go down to autologous playlists in the easy drive menu. The first mission for me was a time trial. The second one which I have not done yet is in the cop career. And you just do those until they unlock the car. I also am leven 20 on over watch so it is possible that I haven't unlocked all the missions yet but for the next level up it didn't show that I would get a reward so I sapped assuming that was far enough.

I unlocked the car on pc but the game crashed and now its locked again anyone got a solution

I can't download over watch for ps4 to get cars unlocked. So how's it possible if app not available?
