Hi Sir I recently installed NFS Rivals on my Windows 10 PC. Before some time it runs normally and smoothly at ultra settings. But now I am having problem. When I play game after some time (about 5-10 Mins.) my keyboard doesn't work in game at all. My keyboard works fine in normal PC use at the same time. Please help me I really want to play this game.I tried again after changing battery of my keyboard but not helped. In the game Car automatically accelerates and I cant steer, break and even pause the game and I have to close the game in task manager and end the process when on roads and when in Headout or Command post it doesn't responds.

Clean boot did not help, but since the "Threshold 2" update for Win 10, the x86 version of the game seem to work fine now. The x64 still got the problems.

1) Please try to set "Real time" processor priority for keyboard controller process/driver like this:

2) Also try to set only one CPU at procesor affinity setting for keyboard process/driver like this:

Hello,
i have the same problem. From one moment to another the game stops responding to the keyboard and the last pressed buttons seem to be "stuck". Besides that, the game runs fine with 30 fps (the limit of this game) in Full HD and max details on my rig.
I tried the hints above, but they didn't help. Setting the affinity to only CPU core makes the game additionally unplayable slow.
Additionally, i tried/checked the following things without success:

The upgrade to Win 10 version 1511 (the Threshold 2 update) did not change anything.
Common EA, care about your customers! Disappointed gamers will less likely buy new games!
Is there any e-mail address of the customer support? I searched for hours and didn't find one... Or any option to create a customer support ticket?

When the game stopped responding to the keyboard, the only way to continue is to kill it via task manager. But as the progress is only saved in hideouts/command posts, all speed points since the previous visit are lost. As cop, i could mitigate the problem by returning to the command post after every won event, but as racer your multiplicator is reset when you return "home" for saving.

Your connection seems to be bouncing back and forth across the Atlantic ocean. This is most likely due to a routing issue with your internet provider and so this is outside of our control. Contacting your ISP may be worthwhile.

As i live in Germany and the server (easo.ea.com) listed on the site with the UOTrace instructions is located in the US, having a route accross the ocean is normal behavior
For a german server (google.de), the output is:

I think the problem is not related to the internet connection. I tried playing with my network card disabled (so i had no internet at all). Starting the game and playing offline works, but the random stopping of the game to react to the keyboard is still present.

Hey @M_a_u_s1337,
Can you try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
This will determine if there is some software running on bootup and causing the problem.
