Same problem here. I can't believe that an update hasn't been produced yet for such a major bug. The game is unplayable as it is currently with this bug. A racing game where you cannot accelerate your car means no game at all. Tragic. I'm attempting something that one of the other users said, which is to delete the game, reinitiate download from PS store, then immediately delete the update download from the downloads list. I'll find out if it works in about 15 minutes...

Same here. Very poor, all consumer rights appear seem to be null and void with Sony as no refund for faulty goods are an option. Please do not buy this product on digital download!!!!!!

Wish I had known this before I purchased the digital version. I knew I should have just gone to GameStop to pick up the disc.
