I want to get a refund for Need for Speed Rivals

Dear EA employee, i decided to try your game NFS rivals, single player was ok, but when i`ve tried to play with my friends we were always interrupted by cops NPC`s and NPC racers, and instead of having fun together with my friends we had to always run away from the COPs and gameplay was spoiled. i want to get the refund for this game and try another one. The Hot pursuit was the best experience. Copleteley wasted experience and no chace to have fun. please get a refund. i spent only 2 hours in the game and there`s no desire to come back to it.

2) Did you try all three different multiplayer settings?

Players can set their worlds' status to one of three settings, Public, Private, or Friends Only
These settings determine how the game will try to make your match online.

• Public will try to match make to a public game containing friends first, then will try to fit you into a game with a free slot. If neither are possible, you'll simply create a new public game.
• Private is basically invite-only, and others can only join your world if you invite them to it.
• Friends only will allow friends to either race into your game on their own, or well as be invited into your game.

We tried to make so called "private game" wich says friends only and we were destracted by cops npcs or bots.... what ever bots that drive all around the city to create kind of flow, but because of these NPC`s we spent full hour to arrange the race even few of us were unable participate in the race because there were cops all around us and they were even "aggroing" on others of us to get us involved into the chase. (but we were just standing waitinf for other of my friends to come.) my friends were able to request "refund" because they purchased game less then 24 hours ago. and i`m stuck with the game in my library i bought to play with my friends(and currently i`m the only one ho still has it). 

Thank you for the advice MR. Mikimuster3 but we were using the setting you`ve discribed.

when solo(i mean public play) is fun and physics is ok, graphics is great but i unable to comfortly play with my friends and no "so called" BOTS.

Also when i`m trying to connect to help center it takes forever to load list of my origin games....... =((

ok this so called refund is a fiction. nothing works for me. just a wasted mone on a wasted game.

nothing will work now.. just stuck with the game i dont want......

Refund isn't fiction and some rules apply to refund a game.

Are you meeting the requirements to refund the game?

For now its not possible due to reply was received afte first 24 when i first time started game.(((
