I just got Need For Speed Rivals Complete Edition as a Christmas gift in USED condition.
However, when I started doing the installation process in ORIGIN, they prompted me to enter the game's product code located in the game's manual.
The problem is that right after I entered the game's product code, I got a confirmation message about the game, followed by an ERROR message saying that the game's product code has "already been used...!"
My question to you guys is that if any of you have the same problem as described above, do any of you have a recommended solution aside from contacting EA's customer support? Because I've heard from a handful of people that this is the best thing I could do when it comes to problems like this...
